In general you don’t need vaccinations for Curaçao, unless you’ve traveled to a country with a risk of yellow fever 6 months before you arrive on our island. In that case you would need to have proof of vaccination with you, or an official document of exemption before you are permitted entry into Curaçao. Curaçao's medical services are on par with North American and European medical services and able to work with any international health insurance company.

Zika was limited to a small number of cases while it was active in Curaçao. In October 2018 Curaçao was removed from the list of countries where Zika is considered active, after not reporting a case for over 12 months.
